Ordering & Production Process
How do I get impressions for my custom IEMs?
To create your custom IEMs, you’ll need impressions of your ears. These can be obtained from an audiologist or at select events where our team is available to assist. The impressions capture the fine details of your ear shape to ensure a precise fit.
How long does it take to receive my custom IEMs?
Once we receive your impressions or 3D scans, production typically takes 3–6 weeks. Timelines can vary depending on customizations and order volume.
Can I make changes to my order after submission?
If you need to adjust your order (e.g., change the driver configuration, color, or sound signature), contact us immediately. Changes may delay production or incur additional charges, so confirming details before submitting your order is recommended.

Why is custom fit better?
Custom IEMs provide a snug fit tailored to your ears, ensuring exceptional comfort and sound isolation. This eliminates sound leakage and improves audio fidelity, making them perfect for extended wear.
What should I do if my IEMs don’t fit properly?
We offer a 90-day fit warranty. If adjustments are needed, fill out our repair form, and we’ll provide return instructions. For significant fit issues, we may remake the IEMs. Outside the warranty, a recase fee applies.

How do I care for my custom IEMs?
- Clean regularly: Wipe them with a dry, soft cloth after each use.
